1. tickets and vouchers cannot be refunded or resold, and cannot be reissued. 2. defaced or damaged tickets, or those incomplete in any way, will not be accepted. tickets subject to availability. 3. lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced 4. no food or drink is permitted in the venues, except that purchased from the venue itself. 5. swindon shuffle reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme/timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. 6. ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and/or audio promotion of the swindon shuffle. 7. venue staff reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the staff. 8. all vehicles and personal belongings brought to the venues are at owner's risk.
